Toronto and NASDAQ listed Sega Sammy Creation Inc. of Japan and Bragg Gaming Group of Canada have agreed that the Canadian company will serve as the world's single and exclusive distributor of the Asian pachinko and slots developer's online game selection. The agreement has a three-year initial term.
Sega Sammy Creation (SSC) is a division of SEGA SAMMY Group, a Japanese holding corporation best known for its pachinko and pachislot machine operations in Japan as well as its SEGA video game consoles, arcade games, and content on a global scale.
Internet gambling businesses will have access to a special collection of well-liked content from the pachinko and slots developers that are often found in land-based casinos in the USA, the UK, and other countries. With items from an instantly identifiable brand name, the partnership strengthens Bragg's content-led growth strategy and considerably advances SSC's plans for international growth. The expanding, legally controlled online market in North America will be one of the partnership's key areas of focus.
Sega Sammy Creation's Chairman and CEO, Scott Winzeler, stated: "We are thrilled to work with Bragg to deliver our tried-and-true land-based content to a larger audience of iGaming gamers over the coming years. We consider Bragg's RGS platform's robustness and their wide range of reputable operator partners to be an alluring option to reach international gamers wherever they are and whenever they wish to interact with our best content.

Bragg is permitted to license specific games and modify them for gamers in North America, Europe, and other regulated markets thanks to the exclusive licensing arrangement. The ever-expanding collection of "Powered by Bragg" slot titles will include all new games that Bragg creates using SSC intellectual property in addition to games from other partner companies.
"As a leading, content-led business-to-business provider of iGaming solutions to operators in regulated markets, we continue to invest in the expansion of our game portfolio generated by our internal studios and by key third-party partners," said Doug Fallon, group director of content at Bragg.
We anticipate that the established, well-known brand brought to our content collection by this new licensing arrangement with SSC will appeal to players in North America and across our worldwide platform.
"We anticipate releasing our first SSC title to players in the U.S. and the UK the following year before expanding to other international markets. Our team is eager to start collaborating with SSC's alluring content to introduce their well-known games to the quickly expanding online market because we know it will advance Bragg and our content-led initiatives significantly.
